On Saturday, March 23, 2024, Old Colony YMCA will host the 14th Annual Spin-a-thon fundraiser. We invite you to join us as we pedal for a purpose! You don’t have to be a spinner or YMCA member to participate. Join over 800 YMCA members, donors, and community partners to make a difference in your local community! About the EventSpin-a-thon has quickly become one of the premier annual fundraising events at Old Colony YMCA. Over the past 13 years, Old Colony Y has raised more than $2,300,000 and welcomed more than 6,000 participants. Here’s how Spin-a-thon works: Participants will ride for one hour either at home or at any of our seven locations in Brockton, East Bridgewater, Easton, Middleboro, Plymouth, Stoughton, and Taunton. * We will be offering ZUMBAthon at numerous Y branches! Select your branch below to view class offerings Making An ImpactFunds raised from our annual Spin-a-thon allow our YMCA to support thousands of adults, children, and families in need. Last year, Old Colony YMCA served our local communities by:Welcoming 2,369 children to Y Summer Camp, and providing 51% of kids with a scholarship or financial assistance to attend summer campDelivering 5,000 meals per week to families to fight hunger and food insecurity in our communityProviding child care programming to more than 3,000 children every week, of which 63% received scholarship or financial assistanceOffering LIVESTRONG programming to more than 150 adults battling a cancer diagnosis Sponsorship OpportunitiesBecoming a Spin-a-thon sponsor is a great way to support both the Y and your local community.
