Camping has been at the heart of our Y’s mission for over a century. Our camp inspires self-confidence, encourages positive growth and development, and creates a sense of belonging for children and teens through our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Camp Clark thrives on being a leader in the community in regards to youth development and safety. Our camp keeps the youth engaged and safe all summer long, while creating friendships that can last a lifetime. Our camp provides kids the opportunity to try new experiences in a welcoming environment where they are comfortable being themselves.  

Basic Camp Information

When is Camp

Summer camp starts June 16th and runs until August 22nd for the 2025 season

We offer day camp for ages kids ages 4-15, all with age-appropriate activities full of fun

Prices vary by age and program type, but start at $345 for Old Colony YMCA members

Swimming

Enjoy the waters with a team of certified lifeguards closely monitoring swim areas. Water safety is our top priority.

Archery

Hone your archery skills or learn the basics with our certified staff focusing on proper safety and procedures

Aerial Course

Strap on a helmet and a harness to experience nature from above with our ropes certified staff.

Specialty Camps

Aquatics

Aquatics camp focuses on swim lessons, tubing, sailing, and fishing with some traditional camp activities sprinkled throughout the day. Ages 8-12 years

Junior Lifeguard

Junior Lifeguard camp focuses on swimming, lifeguard education and training with some traditional camp activities sprinkled throughout the day. Ages 12-15

Circle Y

Circle Y camp (equine camp) focuses on horse care as well as riding lessons with some traditional camp activities sprinkled throughout the day. Ages 8-12

Circle Y Apprentice

Circle Y Apprentice camp focuses on advance horse care and riding lessons with some traditional camp activities sprinkled throughout the day. Ages 12-15

East Village

An adaptive option adaptive option for campers who require a smaller group size and program adaptations due to a physical, cognitive or emotional challenge. The smaller group size allows for more transition time, and support from staff to participate in traditional camp activities. Ages 4-15 years

Counselor In Training (CIT)

Designed for future counselors. Combines training sessions with hands-on experience assisting counselors, & building leadership skills. Must meet with camp staff before enrolling. Ages 15 years

FAQs

Get answers to some common questions about camp

Yes, we offer bussing in the morning and afternoon. We currently offer several routes for surrounding areas to help get your kids to camp for a fee. Looking for our bus routes? Bus schedules can be viewed during registration and will also be uploaded digitally once complete.

If you are packing for your camper, we recommend bringing the items every day below:

  • Closed toe shoes
  • Water Bottle (with water)
  • Bathing suit & towel
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug Spray

Yes, we have a nurse on the camp grounds and we can administer medications as long as you have filled out the correct forms.

We do have campership applications for our two-week camperships for Basic Day Camp. They are income based and granted on a first come, first serve basis until funds have been allocated or camp enrollment has been filled.

If you choose to apply please be sure to utilize the checklist on the campership application and submit all required forms and documents together as we cannot process incomplete applications.

Yes! We have a camper change form which once complete, should be emailed to our staff. We also have a new online system if you would like to manage your summer experience yourself.
