The Old Colony YMCA offers a variety of fitness classes and equipment to help our members reach their fitness goals. All members, regardless of age or fitness ability, can find a class or activity that they can benefit from at our YMCA! From group exercise classes to personal training sessions, you'll be sure to find something to get you on your way towards a healthy lifestyle.

Here at the Youth Branch, you will learn components of a successful fitness routine in our Fitness Center. Cardiovascular fitness, strength training and flexibility are focal points. Learn all about fun ways to stay active and healthy. Participants must complete a training on equipment prior to utilizing the Fitness Center. Please visit our Member Services Desk to schedule an appointment. Children must be accompanies by an adult (18 or older) at all times when using the Fitness Center.
