Brockton Resource Center

The Brockton Resource Center (BRC) is located in Downtown Brockton and is easily accessible via the BAT bus system as well as the MBTA commuter rail.  The BRC is an intensive day program for adult male and female probationers and parolees.  The Center is open 8:00 am - 4:30 pm three days per week and until 7:30 pm two days per week.

Referrals to the Center are made via the Trial Court (for active probationers) or the MA Parole Board (for Parolees) and the Center may also receive referrals from the Sheriff's Department or the Department of Corrections.  Clients who are ordered to attend the Center are provided with the opportunity to complete court ordered sanctions (e.g. drug and alcohol testing and community service) while engaging in support services (e.g. substance abuse treatment, relapse prevention planning, GED preparation and testing, Job Skills and job search assistance, Life Skills, computer classes, anger managment, etc.).  Case management services are also provided to each client and referrals to community based providers are made on an individual basis, as needed.
