Description: Mud Run Training is a 5 week session consisting of up to 4 weeks of training sessions per week. The 5 weeks is made of functional movements to help gear you to conquer the smallest and biggest obstacle runs! Mud Run Training will consist of all the elements to conquer a mud run: cardiovascular, strength, stamina, and functional strength.
