Help make a difference in a child's life!

It is our policy to make our programs affordable and accessible to all.  We never turn anyone away from the Y due to the inability to pay fees.  We are able to do this because of the generosity of others.  Strong Kids Campaign donations directly help provide financial assistance for thousands of children and families for Y memberships, child care, camp, recreation programs, teen programs, and special needs programs.
The Strong Kids Campaign supports programs with a purpose.  Using values-based programming, the YMCA gives children the skills they need to grow into healthy, responsible adults – making our communities a better place to live.
The Strong Kids Campaign also supports new programs - such as Youth Focus.  Youth Focus is an on-site after school program in four Brockton Housing Authority Developments.  Youth Focus works inside these neighborhoods helping children make smart, safe and healthy choices by introducing positive ways to spend their leisure time.

How will your donation make a difference?
Brian:  A sixteen year old boy who participates in our youth focus program was contemplating dropping out of school this year.  However with the help of Y staff, he received homework assistance and guidance and decided to stay in school.
Jenna:  "I have gotten so many things out of camp, but the one thing that has changed my life is a sense of accomplishment."
