The Old Colony YMCA offers an array of group exercise classes to help our members reach their fitness goals, while making friends and having fun in a group setting. From spinning to yoga, every member, regardless of age or fitness level, can find group fitness classes at our branches to benefit from.
Step Express with Latin Cardio
Mix it up with step and Latin Zumba for an inspired and invigorating fun workout.
Muscle Conditioning
This strength training workout incorporates all major muscle groups including core stabilization.
Choice Workout
Be pleasantly surprised by the instructor's choice of class style. Put some spice into your workouts doing something different each class.
Kickboxing Conditioning
This class offers a fat burning series of jabs, punches and kicks followed by a muscle conditioning.
PiYo Flow
This pilates based class focuses on core strength, breathing and balance while resisting body weight. All levels welcome to join this invigorating hour.
Step Circuit with Weight Intervals
This 60-minute class offers a unique blend of resistance training and step!
Step with Muscle Conditioning
This class starts with a super fat burning step segment, followed by muscle conditioning.
Super Charged Interval
Feel the "charge" as you mix up your workout with cardio and weights at an accelerated pace.
Group Cycling Class
Hills, drills and thrills. Whether a beginner or an advanced rider, if you'd like to build endurance and strength while buning fat, this is the class for you.
Rev it Up!
Kick your workout up a notch with a 30-minute blast of cycling with a relaxing stretch and end with an ab workout.
