The course includes logs, swings, tires, ropes and cables; with both high and low elements. Swimming A team of certified lifeguards closely monitor the swimming areas. Water safety is our top priority. Archery Certified staff teaches basic skills and proper safety procedures. Arts and Crafts A variety of exciting projects are planned and may include tie-dying, gimp and much more. Sports Emphasis is on active participation and includes basketball, soccer, t-ball, four square, and much more. Outdoor Adventure Build a fort, hike a trail, and learn survival skills. These are just a few of the activities you will find in this activity. Environmental Awareness Learn about what makes up the natural components of Camp. Identify trees, collect bugs, fish in the pond and much more. We have a camper change form which once complete, should be emailed to our staff. How much does camp cost?While we do update our pricing yearly, a traditional week at camp costs $285 for members and $335 for non-members per week. While this is the typical cost, we do occasionally offer additional services which may change the price like specialty camps, after care, before care, and transportation. Do you offer financial assistance?We do have campership applications for our two-week camperships for Basic Day Camp. They are income based and granted on a first come, first serve basis until funds have been allocated or camp enrollment has been filled.If you choose to apply please be sure to utilize the checklist on the campership application and submit all required forms and documents together as we cannot process incomplete applications. Campership Application - Camp Yomechas What if my child needs medication during camp hours?We try to accommodate every child who attends camp. If they need medicine during camp hours, we ask that you note this at time of registration. You may also be required to get approval from camp directors as well as filling out a medication consent form. Please see the form below. Excludes week 1, transportation, & extra care)-We are licensed through the department of public health. This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health.
